We ship USPS First Class with tracking.

Standard delivery times range from 3-5 business days. Express delivery times range from 2-4 days.

Please contact us for shipping quotes outside of the Continental U.S.

Returns

We hope you love all of your Burnt + Ava pieces! If you received your order and find your item doesn’t meet your needs, please contact us at info@burntandava.com within 10 days of receiving your shipment, and include your email address, phone and order number.

For exchanges, please indicate the desired model/color. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization will be given to you within 48 hours with return/exchange instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.

The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and box.

Masks and Final Sale items may not be returned.

Burnt and Ava reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. We appreciate your understanding.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Manufacturing defects include faults in hardware or stitching. Leather and suede is a natural material which may have markings as part of its innate texture. These are not defects but rather a characteristic which makes each product unique and distinctly beautiful.
